Body

The Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation
5 movements to be done on a daily basis that activate the rejuvenating capacities of the body.

The Inner Smile
A traditional Taoist technique that works with transforming the energy held in each organ in the body. This is very beautiful and effective at inviting deep changes at an organic level, and can be practised daily with great benefits.

Mind

Upon receipt of your enrolment confirmation we will forward to you a CD for use before, during and after the gathering. This excellent material works with activation of higher levels of brain functioning and increasing the active flow of blood through the capillaries in the brain, as well as balancing the left and right sides of the brain. It is designed to invite your mind to function at genius levels.
I have found this work to be extremely effective at encouraging higher levels of brain activity and additional clarity of mind.

Heart

An introduction to “The Radiance Meditation” initially developed by Jon R.G. Turner of the Whole Self Discovery and Development Institute.
This leads to the whole body being filled with light and works with qualities of forgiveness, loving kindness, and the expansion of consciousness.

The Nine Chakra Meditation
Further exploration of this process first introduced in Fire and Ice in 2006.

Soul

Becoming a functioning cell in the planetary mind.
This is a major initiation and activation into new levels of awareness and spiritual presence. Everything else in the 5 days is designed to lead to this.
