Breathwork Course Testimonials
When I came into the course on Breathwork it was not with a lot of understanding of what it was, how it was practised and what the effect would be. I guess I could say I had a somewhat intellectual idea about it.
The breath quickly became not just an involuntary physiological activity, but my very existence. Being shown how to breathe with integrity, meant learning how to breathe, deeply filling the three major segments of my torso; how to breathe profoundly, learning that the oxygen energised all my cells which reduced memory stored in them - like a computer data bank.
I also learned how to breathe rhythmically, in synergy with my heartbeat which aligns itself with the breathing of our planet as demonstrated by the ebb and flow of the sea.
Breathing so deeply, profoundly and rhythmically, enabled me to come to know myself more fully by releasing stored memories of events, emotional holdings, and darkness held firmly in my body. I was not aware that my life was so affected by "ghosts of the past". I have come to realise how the "ghosts" were playing out, preventing me from realising my full potential. It is a journey begun, and I know will continue as I surrender to my desire to be whole, healthy, joyful, empowered - me.
If it wasn't for the wise intuitive, sensitive guardianship of master breathworkers, Daricha and Rachana, who held the space for us to nurture each other as we sat for those who were having a breathing session, we would not have felt so nurtured and safe in our journeys. I came feeling burnt out and depleted, and now after 2 weeks I have regained my desire to go on with life, with a renewed energy and appreciation for my birthing practice.
It does matter how one is born, and I have been given a beautiful, powerful tool to use, That I can employ whenever my energy is lagging, my mind and body feel taxed - the breath - and it's all within me naturally. This is a gift to me wrapped up by all the loving support of the group, who have been outstanding wayshowers & teachers as they shared their innermost happenings.
The integrity of my sense of responsibility in supporting birthing mothers and the welcoming of their new babies, is filled with a freer joy than I have experienced before. It is indeed profound.
Thank you so much.
Roman Urbanski (Naturopath)
I have just completed a journey of (re)discovery which took me to a place of (re)connectedness with myself, with other people, with the nature of things and most profoundly, with my heart. It was a journey inside myself, and beyond myself, which left me with a feeling of great peace and contentment. I learnt tools to help me transform the trials and challenges of life into opportunities for growth.
The teaching has given me a greater awareness and understanding of myself, the dynamics of family, and an insight into what is possible for all people and society in general. The framework of theory and practical experience through the breath was revelatory at times, and transformative. I have witnessed people unearth deep pain and emotional holdings, transforming them into peace, love, hope, contentment, forgiveness and joy.
The temple space is held with such a deep abiding love and passion for this work and for each person's individual and communal journey. The natural setting of the Centre, and the proximity with nature only facilitates and deepens the experience of the journey within, and the subsequent re-emergence. Literally I went in a grub, and came out a butterfly.
With love and profound peace,

This work enabled me to break through holding patterns and resistances in an organic way, through trusting the breath. Through breathing I was able to unlock and release painful experience and imprinting from my conception, birth, past lives and physical memories.
These experiences took me into different realms of consciousness and deep places of healing and grace. Many layers of emotional trauma have been healed. I feel like I have been recalibrated on a cellular level to open to a clearer expression of my spirit.
The experiential nature of the teaching allowed an embodied understanding and resonance of the work. There was a good balance of conceptual and theoretical knowledge and practice which provided a framework for reflecting on our experiences.
The residential retreat, surrounding nature, and sacred temple space, allowed me to drop deeply into my own process of unfolding. Witnessing and reflecting upon others journeys created deep bonding experiences within the group. All in all it was a transforming journey, and one which draws me to continue both as a client and practitioner.
The space was beautifully held by Daricha and Rachana, who are inter-cellular and inter-dimensional guides, leading us into, out of and through the work with warmth, safety, insight and humour.
Thank you for this awakening journey,
