How is Body Transformation different from other modalities?

Body Transformation is a unique synthesis of many different insights into a coherent sequential body of knowledge. The propositions that form the basis of the Body Transformation corpus of knowledge are the outcome of three-and-a-half decades of exploration, of Western and Eastern philosophy and healing modalities.

Modalities include: Postural Integration, Rebirthing and Breathwork, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Tantra Yoga, Neurolinguistic Programming, Shamanism, Deep Trance Work, Pre- and Peri-natal Psychology, Sound Therapy, Accelerated Learning and Psychoneuroimmunology.

What has emerged is a set of healing processes combined with experimentally validatable propositions that can be found to be true through the witnessing of your own experience.

As participants go through the training program they find for themselves how valid and profound the work is.

What is meant by 'an evolutionary approach'?

Body Transformation approaches human beings as beings still in the evolutionary process, somewhere mid-way between our animal past and the possible divinity of our futures. Encoded in our cellular matrix is the memory of all we have ever been through on our evolutionary journey on this planet.

As we move into healing at a cellular and genetic memory level, extraordinary possibilities emerge for us. The human species is an incomplete evolutionary project and Body Transformation is a discipline designed to enable 'next steps' to be made.

Whole-being transformation? Isn't that a bit much?

No, not really.

The accounts of graduates' journeys through the training and of their work with clients indicate that this is absolutely possible.

Can I develop a practice?

Many participants enter with the intent to use the skills they gain through the program as professionals. In addition to being competent in the work, developing a practice is essentially developing a small business.

We introduce many key concepts in this area as part of the training and participants are encouraged to further learn the full range of skills for the development of a successful small business.

Is there a demand for this work?

Yes, many graduates have established successful practices; some of them combined with other healing modalities.

If I don't plan to develop a practice, can I still do the program?

Some people choose to undertake the Body Transformation training for the enormous personal benefits they experience as they go through the training program.

Additionally the program teaches the skills that are necessary to become a competent practitioner.

Why don't you require any entry qualifications?

What is most important is the quality of personhood that the applicant brings to the program rather than specific formal qualifications.

We actually do screen people for suitability before they enter the program, but the criteria focus on their personal qualities. They have much more to do with a person's calling to the work, their readiness to go into a profound healing process as part of the program, and an assessment of their capacity to be with others in profound healing spaces.

Recent graduates have included persons with a background in massage, physiotherapy, banking, parenting, art, Chinese massage, and rebirthing, nursing, electrical and building trades.

Why is the work taught in modules?

Currently the program is taught in three fourteen-day modules in a residential setting. This allows a deep descent into the process, undisturbed by the normal demands of everyday life.

Using specific accelerated learning techniques, the work can be learnt and experienced at intellectual, experiential and organic levels.

Having taught this work for over a decade, we have found this to be an exceptionally effective way for the work to be learnt and understood.
