14-Day Transformational Intensive

14 Day Transformational Intensive. This is an individualised program, built around the needs of each applicant and is available upon request and an initial meeting between the program director and the applicant. It is designed to swiftly and effectively assist positive change personal development and spiritual deepening.

The program will be arranged to include the following elements:

Daily Meditation.

Daily use of the Sun Ancon Chi Machine which supports and encourages the flow of chi (life force) through the body.

Psycho-acoustic technologies for -
- Eliminating of patterns of Self Sabotage,
- Improved Brain/Mind functioning,
- Encouragement and development of patterns of Self Healing
- Peak Performance.

Consideration of the use of Far Infra-Red Hot House for the encouragement of improved cellular activity.

The creation of regular mandalas as a tool for self- exploration.

Exploration of the practice of forgiveness, on a systematic daily basis.

Use of the Sedona method as a tool for moment to moment management and release of emotions.

Regular journaling as a process of self-reflection.

Eight individual consultations / healing sessions with the Centre Directors

Encounters with nature, including walking the trails on the Centre's property and the surrounding National Park.

A guided reading program from the Centre's extensive library.

Use of the Audio Visual collection, tape sets, cd's dvd's and videos on a wide range of healing, personal development and spiritual unfolding.

Daily 2 hour community involvement which may involve gardening, or other activities.

28-Day Transformational Intensive

This personally planned and structured retreat will be build around the elements included in the 14-day Transformational Intensive with the addition of the following aspects:

Participants will receive fifteen individualised sessions with the program directors.

Participants will be guided in the study and practice of the Tibetan rites of Rejuvenation.

There will be exploration of the participant's memory of Conception and the Repatterning of that event.

The use of Himalayan Goji juice as a regenerative supplement.

Participation in six guided sessions of the Feldenkrais technique, chosen for their suitability for the participant.

Healing work with one's ancestors and one's Family Soul.

Time in Silence.
